In this edition of our quarterly newsletter, we have featured articles on border measures as a means of curbing piracy and counterfeiting.
There is also a review of the Australian case of Lift Shop Pty Ltd v Easy Living Home Elevators Pty Ltd [2014] FCAFC 75 where we examine the relationship between Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Intellectual Property (IP).
